Summary
Parrot allows himself to mourn Wifies two days of the year.
One, Parrot tries to spend at a cabin, alone, staring at the yellow and white windows with stained glass portrayals of the last good thing Wifies did. Nonetheless, his best friend finds him in the snow.
The other, Parrot spends traveling with Wemmbu to the Northern Counsel—and Wemmbu knows all too well what grief looks like.
