Summary
Garrett Graham has one rule: hockey comes first. As captain of the Bruins, his relentless dedication has made him one of the league’s biggest stars—but it’s also left little room for anything else. After being reluctantly dragged out by Logan & Grace, Garrett expects a long, exhausting night. What he doesn’t expect is to meet Hannah Wells, a chart-topping singer and the best friend of Dean’s girlfriend. Hannah is used to strangers recognising her everywhere she goes, but Garrett is different—he barely seems to know who she is. Until one look across the room leaves them both completely speechless. With Garrett’s carefully controlled world suddenly thrown off balance and Hannah’s hectic life already lived under the spotlight, their unexpected chemistry could be the one thing neither of them knows how to handle. Because sometimes, the biggest distraction comes in the most unexpected package—and for Garrett, Hannah Wells might just be impossible to ignore.

But Garrett isn’t exactly thrilled to need help from his coach’s figure-skating ice princess. He thinks she’s bossy, she thinks he’s impossible, but neither one of them seems capable of staying away from the other, even off the ice.

Then there was darkness.
When Peter wakes up in a random movie theatre, surrounded by his former loved ones, alive and dead (and those who forgot him), his first thought is;

It’s whatever.
Hannah is determined not to think about it, and him, again. And Garrett? He isn’t interest in something romantic anyways, right?
But when unexpected events bring them back together, they inevitably have to make amends. Or finally admit that they’re feeling something.

Bright hazel-gray eyes, dark curly hair, and a sharp jawline stare back at her – she flicks through the profile and the rest of his photos: 25 years old, Boston native, and… a hockey player. Her eyebrows furrow, and she lets out a deep sigh. Ugh, no athletes – she swipes left.
“Ouch, hard no for that one, huh?”
