    Summary

Mark manages to fall asleep after a few minutes just staring at the ceiling. Next time he wakes up it’s almost 4pm and something tingles his feelings, making his stomach flip.

With a groan he blinks a few times, feeling another sticky puddle under his thighs. It feels so gross, he wants to suffocate himself in the pillow, but his brain finally catches something.

It’s so weak and a bit sweet, it’s a scent.

Mark flips his head to the side, noticing something new on his nightstand. A pile of a few colourful tees, a hoodie and a little sticky note.

“Donghyuck brought these for you. -mom”

    Summary

Donghyuck thinks of Mark Lee’s dumb, earnest face, his not-quite-dimpled smile, his jeans, his cursebreaker hands. So much had changed in those two years since high school, and yet. And yet.

Call me if you want help, Mark had said.

    Summary

Mark knows he is cool, he is handsome, and can probably win Donghyuck over by just being himself. But every time Donghyuck is within sight, within a radius of 3 meters where Mark’s low timbre voice can be heard clearly, Mark cannot help but feel the urge to just boast about himself. It was like the universe was telling him that the only way for Donghyuck to fall for him would be to constantly, consistently, continuously brag about his achievements. Even if such achievements were superficial, surface level, and so not worth bragging about.

“Yeah, I’m really good at ironing. I never have a problem with accidentally creating more creases.”

Mark also knows he is an absolute idiot.

(Or the 3 times Mark tries to impress Donghyuck and Donghyuck falling for it every time and the 1 time Mark didn't even need to try)
