Summary
Could Buck be homophobic? A small voice in his mind supplies, sharp panic washing over him like a wave; he turns the thought over in his head before stopping abruptly. How can he be? He’s bisexual!
A second passes.
Can a bi man be homophobic?
This was all too much; too confusing. Eddie was freshly gay, just out of the box. Brand new. He didn’t know how these things worked.
I should ask Hen.
Or, Eddie tries to come out to Buck, several misunderstandings follow.

Summary
Several years after the war has ended, Hakoda goes on a hunting trip for a much-needed vacation. He rescues an unconscious young woman in a mudslide following a storm. When she comes to, she's practically feral. What's more concerning, though, is that she has no memory.
It doesn't take long for Azula to be recognized at the palace. Haunted by her past, she struggles with who she wants to be and how people expect her to act. At every opportunity, they're bracing for her to mess up, to lose it, to be the tyrant they all know her to be. The one person's faith who never falters, though, is Hakoda's.

Summary
[Sokka moves to a bigger opening between the trees and grips his boomerang, raising his arm and testing the trajectory of his throw. Just as he takes a breath, steeling himself before straightening a little and sending his weapon off, the person raises his head, otherwise freezing in place and listening to his surroundings. An unfortunately familiar scar catches Sokka’s eye. Before the Crown Prince of the Fire Nation—because yeah, of fucking course that’s him; he probably shouldn’t be surprised at this point, huh?—can fully turn in his direction, Sokka’s boomerang meets its target with a loud ‘thunk.’]
Among the trees of uncharted forests, between the walls of ancient temples, beneath the covers of endless skies, Sokka and Zuko somehow find a way to build a fire. Or something like that.

Summary
Sokka’s fascination with fire creeps up on him slowly and sneakily.
Zuko is leaping into the air with his leg rotating in a high arc. Flames trail off of his foot like he is drawing them right in the air with his toes.
Two months previous, it’d be the kind of move that would have had Katara pull the entire ocean up right then to smother Zuko, which would be a shame. It is a very pretty outcome, especially as the flames spark out into embers that dance in the air for just long enough to be appreciated.
He can’t really bring himself to stop watching from that point forward.
Or:
Sokka and his obsession with fire. Then his obsession with one firebender in specific.

Summary
This wasn't the first time someone had discovered their bending abilities didn't align with their origins. Love always found a way after all and genes could often stay dormant. The Spirits loved to play a joke on humans and reveal generational secrets at the worst times possible.
The gaang has finally made it to Ba Sing Se. Unfortunately speaking to the King proved much more difficult than they had anticipated. Meanwhile they have to deal with finding Appa, the city's strange atmosphere and the feeling of being watched, and Sokka's newly found bender problem.
Meanwhile Zuko is handed the perfect opportunity to get his ticket home by helping out a certain bender.
Huge thank you to my friend AshiaFH for the idea and letting my mind run wild with it.
