"Lovino bit his lip, letting his hand linger on Antonio’s arm. He looked up suddenly, eyes a little frantic. “You, you will be careful, right? Don’t go and do anything stupid just because I’m watching!” His voice was stern but the way it wavered at the end belied an underlying concern. Antonio smiled at him and took both his hands in his, pressing tender kisses to the backs of them.
“I will be careful. I will always come back to you, te lo prometo,” he let go of one hand to gently brush Lovino’s hair out of his face. “I’ll be looking for you in the stands - save a kiss for me when I win!”"
