Summary
Death had always given peace, silently guiding souls to the release they craved, though it was a gift meant only for mortals. For eternity, she carried out her duty, untouched by the solace she granted—until she met Agatha Harkness. Agatha’s soul burned brighter than any other, drawing Death in with her power and complexity. Curiosity turned to connection, and in Agatha, Death found something she never thought possible: love, and with it, peace. But when Agatha died, that peace vanished.
And she wanted it back.
