Summary
Clark updates Bruce on as much as he can of what Bruce missed in his absence. Dick has settled in as Gotham’s Batman, with Damian by his side as Robin. They are both doing a fine job, from the sound of it. Jason is in the wind most of the time, but he seems relatively okay, in Jason-terms. Bruce will work on that when he’s back on his feet. Stephanie has stepped in as the new Batgirl, which Bruce did not anticipate, but he finds that he doesn't mind the shift in roles. Cassie is on a plane from Hong Kong.
“And Tim?” Bruce asks.
Clark’s eyes hold an odd look for a moment, but it passes swiftly. “He’s become Red Robin, as far as I know. He seems to be doing okay.”
That isn’t concerning at all.

Summary
After Bruce returns from being lost in the timestream, Tim is feeling distinctly discarded. He's not talking to any of the other Bats or Birds. That is until a rogue forces him to return to the Manor due to the nature of his injuries. A few days of being cooped up in the Manor, Tim crashes out and tells everyone EXACTLY what he was feeling.
Are they things that needed to be said? Absolutely
Did they need to be said in that way? Eh, probably not

Summary
At eleven, Tim Drake tried to blackmail Batman into making him Robin. Batman made it clear that he did not want another Robin, and certainly didn't want Tim. Which is...fine. But Batman tattling to his parents about Tim's hobbies and getting him sent to a boarding school overseas feels a little targeted. Now, he is back in Gotham under the conditions of 1) not bothering the Waynes, 2) not blabbing about his home life, and 3) following through on "familial duties."
So, why is Dick Grayson trying to talk to him at a gala?
Or:
Tim misunderstands adults, Dick is concerned, Bruce is trying very hard to adopt this feral child, and Jason is still Tim's favorite superhero.
