Summary
Steve Rogers is an anonymous serial killer terrorizing victims across North America. His traditional method of killing becomes challenged when he cherry picks his first male victim out of desperation for blood on his knife.
When attacking this male victim, Steve is faced with a complication that he has never had the displeasure of experiencing while adhering to his ritual. In attempts to discover why this complication keeps happening, he begins to uncover a part of himself that he never anticipated having.
