Summary
It was his own big mouth that had exposed Ryan and Hunter, setting off the nightmare that got Hunter killed and bound this terrifying entity to them both. Plagued by a suffocating guilt that Ryan’s gentle touch can no longer cleanse, Naim craves a different kind of penance, one served with bruised knuckles, cold hands, and brutal force.
When Ryan refuses to give him the violent punishment he feels he deserves, Naim finds a dangerous proxy in the monster wearing his lover's face. Every night, he unlocks the screen door and welcomes his executioner inside, trading blood for a brief, twisted relief from his sins.
