Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen becomes Queen Rhaenyra, First of Her Name, in a bloodless ascension following the death of King Viserys the Peaceful.
The realm accepts a Queen uneasily. The Dance of the Dragons is avoided, but politics continues and in order to stabilise her reign, Queen Rhaenyra decrees her son and heir, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon, should marry outside of Valyrian blood. To strengthen ties with the Seven Kingdoms, the Queen invites twenty eligible ladies to King's Landing to court the Prince of Dragonstone, amongst them, Lady Sarra Stark. Not amongst them is Lady Sarra's adopted older sister, the stubborn, distrustful, dutiful Lady Daenerys Dayne.
Daena arrives in King's Landing suspicious and wary, determined her beloved sister won't be swallowed up by the pit of vipers at court nor taken advantage of by the handsome and charming Prince Jacaerys, who clashes with Daena at every turn.
Control spirals and Daena experiences a passion and love so all consuming it leaves her questioning her very existence.

There's a kid roaming around Gotham who looks eerily similar to one of their own. He has his nose, his smile, and his annoying ability of acrobatically removing himself from awkward situations.
So if the kid really is Dick's son, it only makes sense to bring him in, right? Peter's probably homeless, weirdly dusty, and yet strangely steadfast in his lie that his "guardian" is at home just asleep.
"He's just super tired from the trip. Passed out as soon as we got here actually. But he's at home waiting for me."
That has to be a lie. Right?
