Summary
There's a strange man in Brightcrown.
That's the rumor that Varka hears on his first night back in Mondstadt.
The patrons at the Angel's Share say that the strange man only comes out at night and that he carries a peculiar lantern. He's become the subject of enough rumors that the people of Mondstadt have taken to calling him the Lantern Man.
After a round—or six—of drinks, Varka is curious enough to investigate.
Only, finding out who Flins is turns out to be the easy part. Finding out what he is and why he's in Brightcrown, however, turns out to be considerably harder.
Color Varka intrigued.
