Worse ideas, as it turned out, start when one combines those things with Jessica Stanley’s pending law degree, Angela Weber’s penchant for cyber crimes, and Bella Swan’s unfortunate admission that, in hindsight, Jasper Hale had been much more her type than Edward ever was.
She should have known better.
Then again, how could she have predicted that a vampire would actually answer their drunk phone call?
Or, even worse, that they would actually take the trip down to Miami?
