Summary
Todoroki Enji is a relatively smart man. Or at least, a secretive one.
He doesn’t like to ‘admit’ to anything. Shouto would just have to try to survive the fallout if he did. He doesn’t think his father would ever actually kill him. Not really. But being gravely injured would be even worse, in Shouto’s opinion.
Endeavor doesn’t slip up. Well, not around people who care, anyway. Whenever Shouto had slipped up and eluded to what happened at home, Endeavor had the power to shut whoever he had told up.
So it was surprising when Endeavor slipped up. It was even more surprising when Aizawa-sensei and his classmates didn't disappear.
For some unbeknown, foreign reason to Shouto, Aizawa never gave up on him.
