“Oh, come on,” Matt scoffed. “Do you really think I hurt myself just so you would come rescue me?”
Jay turned to look at him, faced with the ridiculous sight of Matt in a bloody shirt with another bloody shirt wrapped around his arm. It was unbelievable. There’s no way he did this to himself. It would be the most demeaning, depraved, humiliating thing he’s done for Jay’s attention yet. But once a thought was lodged in Jay’s brain, it could never escape, doomed to be chained in the basement of his subconscious to be prodded and tortured over and over again.

“What is?” Jay asked, still looking at their really interesting stairs. And look at those white walls too. Just wow.
“I’ll let you take a look.”
“Look at what?” Around the corner of the stairs was the light switch. That was even more interesting than the wall or the stairs.

Jay’s head whipped back up to look at Matt, brown eyes wide with rapt attention.
“Oh my fucking god, dude,” Matt started to laugh and Jay’s gaze wandered downwards again in shame. “I can’t believe this! You’re actually a fucking pussy addict. Like a fucking dog hearing his favourite word, except instead of ‘treats’ or ‘walk’ it’s ‘pussy.’”

Not only is Matt shifting constantly, be it adjusting the way he’s sitting, or wiggling his foot, or drumming his fingers on the arm of the couch, but he also keeps reaching for popcorn at the exact same time that Jay does, and if Matt knocks his hand out of the way one more fucking time he’s going to kill him.
“Dude,” Jay snaps. “Stop moving.”
“I’m not moving,” he insists, then adds, a little choked, “I’m just—I’m just watching, Bird.”

Summary
The sound of Eddie’s pee hitting the ground reminded Steve that he was in fact here to take a leak and not here to contemplate the current standings of their friend circle. The sound also made him look over, which he knew he wasn’t supposed to do but his eyes landed on Eddie’s dick anyway.
