Basically my excuse to write submissive Tom Riddle, because that man is touch starved, and abused. Hopefully this is half-readable.

The thing is, for a battered, loveless child like him there was only one thing he wanted; Tom wanted it more than he wanted fame and recognition, more than he wanted wealth or status. Family. His disgusting nature however didn’t let him have one; making everyone quiver in fear at his scent, no matter how hard he tried. His instincts didn’t deem anyone good enough, or maybe he didn’t deem himself good enough.

"Good morning, Mummy," the child mumbled, his voice soft and sweet, yet intelligent, far more advanced than any toddler should sound.
Harry froze, his mind racing. Mummy? No. No, no, no. This was wrong.
The child reached up toward him, his little arms stretching in that universal sign of wanting attention.
"Daddy said wake up. We have to go to Daddy."
"Hey," Harry whispered, his voice hoarse as he knelt beside the bed, "You... you’re not-"
"Where’s Daddy?" the child interrupted, his voice even more demanding now, "Daddy told me wake up. We go to him."

Harry Potter walks to the Forbidden Forest, and is killed by Voldemort, just like the stars foretold.
But, he hadn't expected, to be pulled into an alternate reality, by his other self, where he is the wife to the Minister of Magic, has a son, and may or may not be a revolutionary with a lot of secrets.
The thing is, Harry cannot understand, was why was he brought here?
And what exactly happened before that caused everything to change?
