They open and close their mouth a few times. Their eyes are wide, as if surprised to hear their own voice.
Kris turns to face them a little bit better. “Any song requests?”
Noelle blinks. What?

Shadow felt his face twist into a frown. There were very few people he was willing to share his personal space with, and Rouge had already found her own place.

“You should talk to Sonic,” she blurts out.
With Shadow and Rouge's apartment lease finally about to end, Shadow decides to find his own place to call home. Unfortunately, rent is always a problem, even for the ultimate lifeform.
