Valko stalks closer, one purposeful step at a time. He takes your wrist, bringing it to his nose. With a deep inhale, his eyes flutter shut. "When I catch you," he sighs, "I won't hold back."
Despite the chill skating down your spine, your skin heats up. It's a tempting promise that you consider throwing in the towel, right here, right now. But you don't. You don't give up easily, and a pretty face won't change anything. You motion to turn, only to be wrenched back.
Valko kisses you deeply. A snarl slips from his mouth into yours, followed by a sharp sting to your bottom lip.
You're breathless by the time he pulls back. His eyes glow bright as he smiles, teeth sharp and red. "Run."

In the woods, Valko challenges you to outrun him. But you forget, dogs like to chase. Wolves like to hunt.
