__________________________A reimagined version of season 2 episode 3: Jailhouse Block. I felt like the Romeo could’ve done way worst to Jesse and I loved the identity theft so I’m finally gonna flesh it out the story to make it a bit more darker and psychologically dramatic.
I based Jesse’s personality off of DanTDM’s playthrough, if you wanted a better feel of Jesse’s character.
I might have a slightly non con scene but that won’t be for a couple chapters (dw I’ll warn when it comes!)

Zuko has the scrawny prison guard over and on his back in an instant. His fist curls above his head, igniting itself in flames as he lands on top of him, lips pulling back to scowl. "Not this time, you piece of shit."
The guard heaves. "Wait! wait wait wait! Stop! It's me!"
Dark tan hands peel off the helmet. Beneath it is an impossible face; one he remembers had clasped his hands ten months ago. Zuko's breath sucks in, fast and dry, feeling like a bucket of ice has been dumped on him
"Yeah," Sokka huffs, a soft smile curling his lips. "You're okay now. It's just me."

Where Zuko is banished without Iroh or the task of searching for the Avatar, gets a bounty on his head, and has to be saved from Boiling Rock Prison by an annoying Southern Water Tribe warrior that makes him feel really weird.

Zuko has been taken by the Earth Kingdom army to who-knows-where, and Sokka is determined to get him back.
But he can’t do it alone.
With Suki and the Kyoshi Warriors by his side, Sokka is headed to Ba Sing Se to find Katara and Aang so they can go rescue his fire bender.
Things aren’t as easy as he had hoped. Corruption, lies, and unknown horrors await them inside the city’s walls. None of this is helping Sokka’s mental well-being.
Hakoda and his men face a problem of their own as Azula approaches with the intentions of making it rain fire.
Sokka and Zuko will both find themselves having to reintegrate back into a life they thought they left behind, with people they hardly remember. It isn’t easy for anyone, especially when they don’t recognize the person standing in front of them.

In which Zuko realises a lot sooner what side of history he should be on. Figuring nobody on that side of history wants to be associated with the prince of the Fire Nation, banished or not, he leaves himself behind and becomes the amnesiac, Lee, instead.
