Peter Parker is trying to learn how to be normal again.
After losing almost everyone he loved, the awkward, nerdy college student is slowly rebuilding his life—reconnecting with old friends, keeping up with school, protecting a city that still needs Spider-Man, and trying to understand the unfamiliar feelings growing inside him.Then his neighbor, Y/N, keeps appearing at exactly the wrong time.
What starts as an innocent friendship quickly becomes something more complicated. Peter finds himself drawn to her, but there's something else inside him that's drawn to her too. Something older. Hungrier.
As Peter's spider DNA continues to evolve, so do the instincts buried beneath his humanity. What begins as fascination becomes a slightly less than normal obsession, and Peter slowly realizes the spider inside him doesn't simply want Y/N near him.
It wants something more.
Something possessive. Something predatory. Something he is unsure he can continue to control.And the more Peter tries to fight it, the harder it becomes to tell whether he's losing control of the spider—or finally giving in to it.

Peter Parker didn't have sex. He didn't even think about it, really. If he could help it he would push his mind onto the next part of the job. Onto the next villain. No lingering on the prospect of sweaty intertwined bodies and wet, sloppy, kisses. Like most things he found that if he ignored it he could just push through each day without allowing the pain of what he had lost stick to him for too long. With the new changes in his biology it was becoming more and more difficult to ignore his urges. Dark and disgusting thoughts creep into his mind. Wants he didn't even know he had turn into needs. He becomes a slave to his biology. His psyche twisted by unfathomable desire. Then he comes across you, cheeks pink from the cold, huddled on the subway all alone, emitting a scent that calls out to the spider inside.
