He’d spent a long two years pretending he was completely straight, not for him to completely screw himself over and potentially out himself to an entire bar of people he saw daily. And his two best friends. No matter how much he loved them both, this was a personal secret of his. So when Barney emerged from his room the next morning, suit still freakishly straight, he told Marshall that this was his new friend from the bar. He’d just crashed in his room for the night because they’d gotten too drunk.
And he saw how Barney looked at him, but truthfully, it was over quickly. It was a one-time mistake.
That he did again twice before the day was over.

For a split second, Shane didn’t understand. And then he looked down, following Ilya’s gaze, and his eyes landed on his bottom half - clothed in just a pair of boxer briefs, that were, to his horror, sporting a very obvious wet spot.

Shane gets top surgery and is having a little bit of physical trouble with some self-care tasks. His friend Ilya offers to come over and help him wash his hair, and take care of some other things.
