Erisolsprite was an experience that left Sollux feeling as though he'd met his match in terms of finding another troll with as much self-loathing as he himself held. Which meant, after being revived and finding out Ampora wasn't brought back along with him, he was at a loss on getting actual closure after everything that happened during the game.
Rather than push for the return of the real ED, Sollux, being the genius programmer he is, scrapes up all of Eridan's trollianlogs from before the game and uses them to recreate the seadweller in a convenient AI form. Or, well, it would be convenient if not for the fact that if anyone found out about it, he'd be labeled an even bigger creep than ED himself.
Easy enough. Don't get caught and find closure in a totally normal way.
((Do NOT use genAI, ESPECIALLY not for mental health or any other medical reason!!!!!!!))

It had been weeks since they had broken Griffith out of a year long torture-stint. The state they found him in was abhorrent, he was almost less than human. Left unable to walk, talk, and barely able to touch he communicated with simple grunts if he even could through what to the remaining members of the formerly illustrious Band of The Hawk seemed like an unimaginable pain, the undergrowth hidden underneath the once fabulous and prestigious shell, a shell long since broken by a persistent infliction.
