In which Vance is an out of place person, like usual. He gets held back twice, and when he decides to tell bruce he likes him at the beginning of his eleventh grade year, things get a little off track.
Fair warning, the ending is abrupt with a few not-mentioned-things-that-were-supposed-to-be-mentioned... maybe one day I'll find the motivation to finish it :,)

Griffin sat alone, frowning as he watched everyone have fun and dance around with their friends or dates.
Today was the Annual Star Dance of their school. Griffin only really went because his dad was an Alumni of the school and knew everything that was going on at the school. He knew about the dance, and he wanted him to think his school life was okay.
It was not.

Griffin is upset about having no one to bond with at the annual school dance and meets a special someone along the way.
