And then comes Jisung.
The final moment, tonight's centerpiece. A calculated reveal.
His first public appearance after presenting, the second son beta no one paid attention to, now revealed to be a diamond in the rough.
Minho doesn't think when he offers Jisung his leather-gloved hand. And Jisung takes it without hesitation, the touch light, for balance and form, but Minho feels the warmth as if it were skin on skin, searing through the leather like flame.
The noise surrounding them rises as soon as Jisung appears, all attention focusing on him.
He's luminous.

Summary
There were no words for what sat between them. There never had been.
When Felix shivered, Chan offered the only warmth he had-the pelt around his shoulders, his hands, his voice. He whispered stories about the stars above the canopy, tracing out the shape of each constellation over the freckles on Felix’s arms.
Felix leaned into his touch without hesitation.
That was Chan’s undoing. Not the way Felix looked at him, but how he trusted him completely. Not because he was the Alpha’s son, not because he was to lead the pack someday, but simply because he was Chan.
Still, the tension grew heavier with each passing season. The pack looked at him differently, the elders became more cautious. Whispers curled like smoke around a single word no one had yet dared say aloud in front of Felix.
Ceremony.
It wasn’t time yet, but it would be soon.
And Chan knew, even if Felix didn’t, that everything after would be different.

Summary
“Felix,” the Pack Elder began, looking between Felix and the rest of the pack, “when we asked the gods which alpha you would be mated to, the answer surprised us. It’s been several years since the last mating where an omega left us, but today, that chain will be broken. In a day’s time, you will be leaving us to travel to your new pack with your intended, Chan Bang of the northern mountain pack.”
It was at that moment that Felix’s heart fell through his stomach. There wasn’t another omega that would be leaving them.
He was the omega that was leaving.

In Felix’s pack, omegas are to be seen and not heard and are expected to cater to their alpha’s every wish. That’s all Felix has known his whole life and doesn’t expect anything different when he learns he’s to be mated to an alpha from the intimidating pack in the north mountains. He doesn’t expect to find love, as that was always something spoken about like the myths of old, out of reach and untouchable for an omega like Felix. But what he discovers as he learns to live with his new alpha in his new pack is that maybe happiness isn’t as unattainable as he’d thought.
