Summary
After a few Subaru’s failed and others succeeded. Those who had access to the multiverse decided to form a council to help those who had reached ‘dead ends’.
The Subaru Relocation Project is the primary objective of this council. They will scour the multiverse for those among them who deserve heaven but were granted hell. When awake, they are tied to their realities, but asleep, they are transported to worlds where they can thrive and find happiness. After a set amount of time, they are met with an ultimatum.
