If anyone else had said that to her, Sandra-Lynn would roll her eyes and be happy to point out how limiting that was. In this moment though all she could say was “Do you think Sol is right about that?”
“Well of course I do. I’m his paladin, darlin'. I’m Pamela.”

_____________________________________________________________I set out to write a 4+1 of Sanda Lynn telling her loved ones about her past that was going to start with a short prologue of Sandra-Lynn being seduced by Bobby and Pamela. Instead, I spent 3 hours writing the origin story of these three.

Somethin’ ain’t right, to say the least. The way she’s quiet, staring out into the darkness of the underground. The way she’s got that expression that he can never quite read on her face, and Hades hates that expression more than anything.

Summary
Hades is a creature of habit, and does not enjoy change. He likes to maintain ritual and tradition, due to the reliability of what works for him.
Persephone, being a fairly new and fresh face in the Underworld Courtroom, finds fault in some of the practices, and doesn't see any harm in trying to make improvements, much to the King's reluctance.
This causes a conflict between the pair, that escalates into a seething, explosive argument. Hades does not like for his authority to be questioned, as he feels his rule is absolute. However, Persephone is not to be underestimated, and challenges his rulings, his thought process, and him, directly to his face.
Has the King of the Underworld truly met his match?

Brienne just looked, struck stupid again, like she promised herself she wouldn’t be. Sansa let her watch, covered in a gauzy shroud of smoke, neon flickers making shadows on her face dance. She always smoked strong northern cigarettes, incongruous with everything else about her. The smell made Brienne think of old sailors with yellowed mustaches.
Sansa gave her a look. It made her shiver.
“What?”
“Just thinking about the time you let me put one out on you.”
(it's not as hardcore as the above quote might imply lmao)
