    Armand senses intrigue from the boy, stirrings of potential attraction. He is glad. It would ruin the scene if the boy wasn’t attracted to Daniel.

    “Do you like older men, George?” Armand asks him.

    The boy swallows. He nods.

    “You like them telling you what to do?”

    “Yes,” the boy says.

    “Good,” Armand says. “I want you to sleep with this man.”

    (In the 90s, Armand pays a young man to sleep with Daniel. But like the control freak he is, he needs everything to go according to his plan).
