Mike had been a thorn in Harvey's side since the moment he walked through the door that morning.
The day had started like any other, with coffee and case files spread across the conference table, but something had shifted. Some invisible line had been crossed, and Mike had decided, consciously or not, that today was the day he would challenge every single thing Harvey said.
Harvey had let it slide at first. He had spent his entire career learning to pick his battles, to choose when to pull the trigger on a confrontation. And there was something almost... amusing about it.
But the amusement had worn thin by lunchtime.

Donna caught the tail end of their conversation, staring at the computer in front of her as they spoke, pretending as though she wasn’t eavesdropping.
“I actually kinda like working with him.”
“He’s not a bad lawyer.” Harvey replied noncommittally.
“I mean y’know, we have fun.”
“You guys thinking about moving in together?” Harvey asked.
At that, Donna turned around to look at the two of them through the glass screen, watching as Harvey’s jaw tightened, eyes narrowing as he looked at Mike.
Was he-
“Jealous?” Mike replied, a teasing smile growing wide on his face.
or; Donna suspects something is going on between Mike and Harvey. It doesn't take her long to figure out exactly what.
