“Jesus, Kai. Don´t you want to meet new people?” Taehyun´s question carried some genuine worry, but Kai decided to ignore it. It was not the time to discuss that topic. “Or do you maybe plan to stay in Soobin´s room for the rest of your life?” He felt slightly guilty for not wanting to take part in his best friend´s plans, so he didn't say anything. He also had no idea how to explain that yeah, he would spend all of his free time in Soobin´s room.

Kai had liked Soobin for the longest time and is sure his friend doesn’t feel the same way, he thinks it may be better to keep some distance to finally let the feelings go.
As this happens, Soobin is closely coming to the realization that maybe “platonic” is not the correct term to describe his relationship with HueningKai.
