Summary
The Emersons needed a new start. A place to put their ghosts to rest and move on with their lives. It made sense, Michael knew that. Leave the ghosts in the dust of the Arizona desert and start somewhere new. It was still hard, especially for Sam, and Michael had promises of his own he needed to keep. Everything changed so fast, it was hard to keep track.
When a beautiful girl on the boardwalk and her musician friends seem to be able to really hear him, Michael starts to wonder what moving forward and belonging really means.
I'm sure someone has done this concept before, and probably better, but I'm gonna take a crack at it anyway. I will update the tags as I go but I'm kind of trying something here so bear with me.

Summary
The Lost Boys rolled to into Santa Carla dust covered and empty pocketed.
It seemed like at every opportunity the city was determined to chew them up and spit them out, when a girl in a purple skirt told them to visit Moon House for a bed and a hot meal. There David meets the nocturnal Emerson family and a blue eyed boy who seemed unimpressed with the Lost boys. Davis as never good at letting secrets lie and it seems like Santa Carla was filled with them.

Summary
Michael Emerson feels like he's just run away from home. He's made it out of the minors, people will soon know his name, he has his own apartment, the team is good.
David's been in San Francisco off and on for longer than anyone still alive would remember, the band has traction again, and Max can't stop breathing down his neck.
It doesn't get any more lonely than that.
