Summary
Katsuki slid a piece of paper across the desk to Izuku.
“Here,” he said.
Izuku took the paper, scrutinizing it, before saying, “Uh, I don’t really know what I’m looking at?”
Katsuki stared him dead in the eyes, expression serious as he stated, “It’s my heart.”
Well, that much seemed true. The paper, a thick glossy sheet, showed what was visibly an x-ray of someone’s chest, bones glowing white around an indistinct blob that lay where Izuku knew a heart would go. The question was less what? and more why?

Summary
After being rejected by his dream school, Izuku decides to spend his gap year in Japan and “spread his wings,” whatever that meant. It’s been 12 years since he left his home country and best friend, who he abruptly lost contact with when he moved to the U.S. He didn’t really know what to expect when he got back to Japan, but it definitely wasn’t becoming obsessed with「Hero too」, an up-and-coming band that dreams of helping as many people as they can. Before he knew it, his entire world was shifting on its axis because of their gravity.

Izuku’s down in the dumps until becoming a Dynamight oshi. Which in itself is great, but he doesn’t realize Dynamight is the same childhood friend he’s been yearning for since he was 10. Yeah, that’s totally not gonna blow up in his face later on.

“This has to be some kind of conflict of interest,” Regulus says, his lip curling at James.
James shrugs, the idiot, “I don’t know.” His voice is weary, tired. He even looks tired, even though he’s been sleeping all day. In fact, he looks more than just a bit tired. There are deep, dark circles under his eyes, his hair is sticking up– and not in the endearing way it usually is– but simply out of control.
He’s thinner than he used to be, and his brown skin is sallow. Regulus’ eyes catch on the two massive bandages wrapping around his arms.
Jesus fuck.
Regulus had no idea James was… no. He couldn’t do this right now. He was here (and had been for some time now) to figure his own shit out. Not to worry about James’ suicidal ideations. Not to mention, he hated James. So this whole thing? It wasn’t going to work.
