Sequel to my one-shot from the Ghiralink Week 2022 prompt "flight/falling," in which Link falls to the Surface long before his quest is meant to begin. He meets Ghirahim, unknowing of the rivalry they're destined to share, and places his trust in the demon.
In this fic, a few electric glances are shared by firelight, and Ghirahim takes advantage of the unspoken attraction.
