Summary
Aaron Dingle knew he wasn't a weak man. He had come over an abundance of emotional wreckage over the years, learned how to cope with them properly, how to accept them. He was also pretty prideful about his physical strength too- had never been one to let a threat of physical violence overpower him, always returned the threat 2x stronger.
But, he had found out he did have one intimidatingly strong weakness; his kryptonite if you will. After all these years he had almost forgotten how significant the pull of his devotion to Robert was, but it had come back now- full throttle- and was crumbling down the tough, brooding walls he had built up to perfection.
And he wasn't even that mad about it.

But Aaron remembers the conversation he had with Moira a few days after Robert had did what he done for him.
"You'd do the same." She said, soft with knowledge and slight teasing.
"If it were Robert- They'd be dead." He was so sure then, and he was now. It had been a week or so after Kev returned. The idea of completely getting rid of Kev felt so luxurious to him.

Slight spoilers maybe??? but we all know Kev is coming back so heres my attempt on writing a bit about it while linking it with the current storyline before emmerdale bring him back and forget about everything bad he did.

Summary
Aaron didn't like when people looked at his boyfriend/fiance/husband. That was mostly when it was looks of want, lust-filled staring from across the room that made Aaron frustrated and Robert a bit uncomfortable- although, Aaron must admit it's nice when he sees the realisation hit whoever is watching that he is the one that Robert's doted too, prideful that he's the one who got the catch.
But, this wasn't a time of those looks that made him jealous- which he'd never admit- no, these were constant looks and comments of ire and dislike that plagued Robert's mood and were looks that he didn't even deserve, and Aaron was sick to death of them.
Or; Aaron devoted to lifting Robert's mood while cursing everyone trying to deplete it.
