Summary
Utahime’s life is pretty good. She has a job she loves (teaching music to high school students), hobbies to keep her busy (baseball and skincare), and a best friend she adores (Shoko Ieiri, an ER doctor at the local hospital). She’s never felt the need to have romantic relationships, seeing them as a waste of time and energy. But life could never be completely good, especially when Satoru Gojo is her classmate-turned-colleague and irritating, too-handsome-for-his-own-good friend-with-benefits, with whom she’s been having hate sex on and off for over a decade. Utahime likes their noncommittal relationship, only able to stand being in his presence for as long as it takes for them to satisfy their needs. So it becomes even more irritating when Satoru begins to hang around more often, trying to wheedle his way into her life. And Utahime wants none of it.

Summary
There are a number of instances over the years when Yongsun has felt mortified by her own actions. However, it’s hard to beat the day she nonchalantly walked into the waiting room wearing her ex-girlfriend’s hoodie as though it were her own.
That’s how, thirteen days after Byulyi walked out of her apartment and ended their relationship, Yongsun ends up in front of her wardrobe, determined to separate their things so such incidents don’t happen again. However, as the hours pass and the pile of clothes around her only grows, she begins to wonder how much of her life, since they met, was solely her own to begin with.
