Summary
Sirius doesn't flee abroad after he escapes Hogwarts. He may not be much use to anyone at the moment but if Harry needs him he wants to be there for him. And if he can't be there for him then he'll find someone who can.

Summary
The events of Harrie's Second Year have a larger impact than she could have ever anticipated: with Hogwarts and Dumbledore under close scrutiny and Sirius Black on the loose, it is decided that Harrie will be sent to spend the summer in the magical world rather than the Muggle one.
