Summary

Troubled by rising casualties and international dependence on her abilities, Sakura is torn between her love for Sasuke and her duty to her village. Taking a chance on love, Sakura joins Sasuke on his next mission in his search for traces of the Otsusuki in the deserts of Sunagakure.
This story takes place immediately after the Sakura Hiden and Sasuke Shinden Light Novels. It tries to be as canon-compliant as possible with minor inconsistencies or deviations.

Summary
When Haruno Sakura encounters Uchiwa Ootsutsuki who feeds her promises of unconvering the truth about the mystery woman who keeps reappearing in her life, she agrees without hesitation. She had faith in her ability to defend herself, even from demi-gods.
Slowly as she begins to see the life of Tsukimi Mikage she realizes that her story isn't quite finished and there are still challenges she needs to face.
