George heard the announcer talking about Max from Mercedes’ race control room while mentioning him in between sentences and he couldn’t help but smiling from ear to ear. That moment was surely indescribable. His rival-turned-life partner just started his comeback season with his old team and he’s just so excited to see Max back on the grid again. He definitely couldn’t wait to see Max taking it all down. He’s pretty sure Max was more than capable to do it.

He resumes, just wanting to be done with this now, raising his arm again—only to find his hands trembling at the action, unable to drive the blade into his target.

His shaking hand pulls the robe apart, properly this time, coming face to face with a very peculiar but exact same mark he has on his inner thigh.

Before he can compose himself, Carlos flips him, pinning his hands on the wall again, with one hand this time, while the other rips open his shirt—sending the buttons flying everywhere as he shoves his face into his neck again.
“Mine,” Carlos growls into him, barely comprehensible, then his sharp teeth start marking up his pale neck, some light, some deep—his heavy weight pressing Max into the wall—rendering him helpless to take anything he gives. Max cannot do anything but moan, his Alpha already losing any sense of sensibility, forgetting to fight against the abnormal, as Carlos travels down, biting into his chest, taking in pink nipple and sucking on it as if he is trying to squeeze something out.
Or, Charles asks Max to check on Carlos, who is in a rut and acting unnaturally infatuated with Max—also an alpha, trying to survive two heartaches.

An omega was walking down the winding stairs. Heavy iron shackles bound his wrists together, a lone chain trailing on the ground behind him. It clanked and clattered loudly against the stone stairs.
He wore a deep blue gown with long sleeves and a silver chain cinching tight around his waist. The omega had hair the colour of honey that curled around his ears and at the nape of his neck. His eyes were slim and bright blue, framed with long dark lashes that brushed the tops of his cheeks. Charles steeled himself. His scent was intoxicating, sweet and summery, so wrong for the gloom of Salzburg. It felt like Charles had just taken a bite of a ripe fruit, the juice dripping down his chin and all over his fingers. Charles inhaled sharply, trying to brush the sticky feeling from his body.
The omega startled a little when he saw Charles, recoiling against the far wall.
Charles bowed his head.
