    Written for another kink meme prompt here : You know William has those big green eyes and that floppy haircut and an obvious affection for dogs like a big old softie

    but I kind of want it to turn out that he’s playing Hannibal just as hard as Hannibal’s playing him. I’d like to see that as a fic, that turnaround where it’s Will doing the string pulling and Hannibal only realizes it at that very last second… and can’t help but respect how clever it is.

    “You promise to come over tomorrow,” Joe reiterates, sitting in the driver’s seat of his car at the curb of Patrick’s parents place. “You’ve got his address, just go to the basement door, I’ll tell him you’re coming, it’ll be awesome.”

    Patrick looks uncomfortable as he shifts from foot to foot, standing outside on the sidewalk with high top sneakers and a little scrap of paper in his hand. It’s got Pete’s address on one side, and the logo of some local coffee house on the other.

    “Sure, I guess,” He says, sounding pretty unconvinced.

    Joe nods, and leans further across the passenger side seat, so he can see Patrick’s face.

    “Promise?”

    Rolling his eyes, Patrick folds the paper in half. “Do you want it written in blood?”

    A pause.

    “Are you offering?”

    Really really amazingly good. Some of the lyrics are cringey/ stand out from the text, but not horribly and it makes me feel All of the Emotions, especially about peterick, who i don’t really care about. No frank, but what can you do, and the little my chem bits you get were hilarious.
