Summary
Jason Todd is really good at his job. He's not so good at... well... being good.
Instead of surviving on the streets, Jason finds himself trafficked to Two-Face's gang, where his small size and breaking and entering skills keep him valuable. Three years later, with all his escape attempts frustrated and his future looking bleak, Jason is hand-picked for a suicide mission into Cadmus. Jason could maybe figure out a way out if it were just him. Maybe. But now Batman is shot and cuffed in his cell, and things just got much more complicated.
TLDR: Jason Todd is a twelve-year-old criminal genius, which leads to him getting adopted last of the Wayne brood.

Summary
Jason didn’t mean to find out. He really, really didn’t.
Hell, the idea hadn’t even crossed his mind before. Batman’s identity – and by extension that of his numerous sidekicks or partners or whatever – hadn’t ever been anything he was even remotely interested in. His priorities laid elsewhere, considering that he was homeless and living in what Gothamites fittingly dubbed ‘Crime Alley’. Finding something to eat, a safe place to sleep, stuff he could sell for money – that were the important things. Not the real name of some scary vampire that dressed up as a bat and beat up (or, in some cases, drained) criminals at night.
OR
Jason is just trying to live his life and survive on the streets of Gotham, but thanks to a simple coincidence he accidentally finds out one of the city’s best kept secrets: the civilian identities of the Bats, resident vampire vigilantes. The problem is, they know that he knows as well, and are willing to do everything to keep their family safe.OR OR

“Shit, don’t do that to me.” He clutches a hand to his chest. At the mouth of the alley: an angular shadow, a long black cloak. The Batman. “C’mon man, you following me?”

Summary
"So," Dick begins, stirring his own cappuccino with a small, metal spoon. "Tell me about yourself."
"What's there to tell? You know the important parts already." Jason leans back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest. "Like the fact that I let men fuck me for money, and that I might soon be homeless, because your father decided our building would look better as an orphanage."
"Jesus, Jason. Do you have to be so blunt about it?" Dick winces, rubbing the back of his neck. There's something almost boyish about the gesture, a vulnerability that Jason finds unexpectedly disarming.
"I do. Because I'm not here to pretend I'm someone I'm not. That's your thing, not mine." Jason bites back the words as soon as they're out, the bitterness coating his tongue like poison.
(Or, Jason is just trying to mind his own business and survive when Bruce Wayne buys the building he lives in. Not only is he suddenly on the verge of becoming homeless, but he also ends up crossing paths with Wayne's ridiculously handsome son, Dick Grayson, who, for some reason, seems very interested in him.)
