Dumbledore is confronted with Harry's suffering in time to change course and avert all sorts of fifth-year tragedies. Aided along the way by Fawkes' unerring intuition for love and loyalty.
Born of a plot bunny that wouldn't leave my mind, of Harry finally at his breaking point, gasping out his pain and his incomprehension of Dumbledore's cold shoulder treatment. Still Dumbledore's man through and through, with all this loyalty, admiration and longing for approval and affection. Fawkes, seeing Harry's feeling of deep unworthiness and rejection, and choosing to brand him (with his consent) as a way of washing away the things done to him without his consent, and honoring his love and devotion to the Light.
One-shot for now, notes on the sketch of how the rest would unfold at the end.

The traveller paused for a second at that, eyes cloudy, as if she wasn’t quite sure what she was being asked. Then she tipped her head back, and quirked into a smile, and gave a laugh that made heat rise in Paimon’s cheeks. “Well, I’d call you Paimon, Paimon.”
“That’s not what Paimon means!” burst out in reply, one of Paimon’s little feet stamping the air in sudden embarrassment. Immediately Lumine’s expression softened; she sat up in the long grass, yellow eyes searching her companion with new curiosity.
“Then what do you mean, Paimon?” she asked, her voice gentler, more present now. Paimon sighed, feeling her frustrations dull down to something lingering; clearly this was going to take more difficult words to explain.
Paimon's been wondering something for a while; one quiet Mondstadt night, it slips out.

Summary
After Alma Coin had been made interim president, a decision needs to be made regarding Coriolanus Snow and those highest in power. The original thought had been to hold a symbolic Hunger Games with the children directly related to those scheduled to be executed. Instead, another option presents itself. With the use of Mutt Technology, an extremely experimental procedure, de-ages Coriolanus, and several others to ages between 12 and 18, with no discrimination on position, wealth, or power. The ages are entirely out of their control and 100% randomized.
Coriolanus wakes up in the hospital after the explosion in the arena just before the start of the tenth annual Hunger Games - but wakes up to find himself not days after the explosion - but sixty-six years in the future. With no memory of how he got there, or what had happened, he's now faced with the prospect of going from Mentor to Tribute in what he sees as a matter of days, not years. With none other than Katniss Everdeen as his mentor, a girl who seems to hate him, and it doesn't take him long to find out why.
