Summary
"Why are you in my bed?!" Loki paid him no attention as he turned around, only showing Tony his backside as he put his leather back on and started strapping his armor back onto himself. If Tony didn't know better, he would have thought that Loki looked hurt, but Loki was crazy, bag full of cats crazy, and even if he was hurt, Tony shouldn't let that bother him. Then why was there a small part of him that did care? Loki didn't turn around until he had all of his armor back on, both literally and figuratively; his face was a stone.
"What are you doing here?!" Tony demanded. Loki looked at him, but his face gave nothing away. He walked past him like he was going to walk away, but Tony found his arm stopping him without realizing it.
"Why are you here? Why don't I remember?" Tony asked, but less angrily and more confused. Loki sighed again and turned around.
"This is not the first time this has happened," Tony frowned, then glared. That wasn't true; he sure as hell had never slept with Loki before, even if he had last night, which he still couldn't remember.
Or Tony wakes up to find himself with Loki, and it gets more complicated.

Part 4 of 6 of Even A Broken Clock Is Right Twice A Day (All Of The Ways The Avengers Have Wronged Tony).
Tony's face spoke of his confusion, and maybe fear directed towards the trickster who was once Thor's baby brother.
Thor clenched his teeth; Tony, even if he was an injured shield brother, had better be kind. The Avengers had always found a way to make Loki the bad guy (even though, Thor would admit, he deserved it sometimes), but now, he had done nothing, and had served his punishment. Loki was willing to help, and everyone else needed to honor that.
The Asgardian tensed as Tony screamed, flailing backwards onto the ground, next to a flash of seemingly green air.
AKA: Thor & Loki's part; Thor is surprised by how kind Tony is to his not-brother, and Loki finds that Tony is and always was his favorite Avenger.

Summary
Tony gleefully put Ross on indefinite hold, and didn’t think much more than 'Rogers you crafty asshole'. Then the new emptiness of the compound closed around him, and it was all just noise in the far background, nothing to do with his life.
The Accords had been for the Avengers, and they were gone.
What did they have left to threaten him with?
He’d forgotten the fact that the Raft had held more than former Avengers.
