Summary
Once his gaze met the other person's, Craig started pondering about if his heart really did stop beating or if it was just his imagination. Either way, he couldn't care less.
The two men just stared at each other as time seemed to stop. Craig couldn't feel the air moved by people walking beside him anymore, the loud sound of the cars speeding in the street was muffled and so were the voices of strangers near him. The cold air brushing his face and running through his hair was the only proof that the universe did not stop his course once his green eyes met the amber ones in front of him.
