Senku nasceu ômega,viveu por grande parte de sua vida viajando entre vilas com seu pai Byakuya, aprendendo muitas coisas. Seu pai sempre esteve doente, mas quando piorou ele decidiu levar seu filho para sua vila natal, onde seriam seus últimos dias. Depois que seu pai morreu Senku ficou motivado a criar uma cura para a doença rara, com a intenção de ajudar pessoas na mesmas condições que seu pai. Mas havia uma interferência em seu caminho, um mundo onde ômegas mal tinham algum direito ele teria que superar seu gênero secundário.
Mas ele não esperava que seu caminho fosse se cruzar com Shishio Tsukasa, um líder Alfa de um império. Agora Senku terá que lidar com sua necessidade ômega por um alfa, enquanto luta para mudar.
