FONTAINE (OCC.). Inazuman administration consolidating; production resumed in Poisson. Resistance remains in contact. Four of six consignments received this quarter, the rest presumed lost. Natlan holds the coast, reprisals have risen.
LIYUE. Reports no material change. Sumerian pressure has shifted, their reserves are committed. Ammunition requested; we cannot furnish it.
EAST. Inazuma renewed operations, advanced eleven miles on the axis of the railway, deepest penetration to date. Natlan armour is in evidence on a scale we cannot match. Losses exceed replacement for the fifth quarter. Two regiments to be rebuilt, a third struck off.
NOD-KRAI. Natlan continues to concentrate to the north, beyond requirement of defence. A second front is a matter of timing.
MANPOWER. Intake short in three districts, made good by extending the medical categories. Returns of individuals with confirmed abilities forwarded under seal.
