And for a life-form that has significantly less time to comes to terms with it, Grace is seemingly okay while Rocky rots inside. It hurts, it never will not, but if it doesn't . . then what was the point?

Summary
As the leader and only presented member of NCT Wish, Sion has a lot on his plate managing everything on his own. It’s a lot of responsibility on his shoulders that he tries to take in stride. Oh but he really does wish there was someone he could talk to about his thoughts and worries. Just one person to confide in.
The prayer might be answered when it seems as though another member might actually be presenting finally a few years into having been formed into this pack. Sion is careful in his observation of the members and sleuthing around. He wants to ensure everything goes according to plan with his pack. Maybe they’d even become real.
But life has a funny way about things. It did not go as he had planned. Why would it? Instead, one presentation set off an unstoppable chain reaction; one that ripped right through every careful thing he thought he had control over and ended up reshaping their pack forever. It tumbles and builds like a mudslide he’s been unfortunately caught up in and if he doesn’t want to sink into the deep, dark abyss, he’s going to have to start being honest with the pack and with himself about a lot of stuff he’d rather not think about.
Because how possibly could he be loved.

Summary
Grace and Rocky were doing just fine. They had a routine and things couldn’t be better.
Then a spacecraft appears and challenges everything.Another human, Major Roy McBride, enters the conversation and suddenly the status quo seems to be shifting rather rapidly. Things that were totally working fine before, turns out . . they weren’t and they aren’t. Turns out Rocky and Grace are really bad at communicating actually and this experience is proving that they have a lot of work to do.
Roy doesn’t know how he ended up here. He was supposed to be returning to Earth after completing his mission and seeing his father for the final time. Now he’s arrived at an alien planet and is being thrown into the middle of some dysfunctional interspecies relationship. At least that’s what it looks like. And it gets to a point where somehow he gets tangled up in the mess despite not wanting to be.
The three of them have to navigate this incredible disruption to all of their lives, and maybe finally work through some of the issues they’ve all brushed to the side for later. It’s terrifying and honestly bizarre, but all they can do is try.

“I, uh god,” Ryland starts wiping away the tear streaks and rubbing his eyes, trying to dry his dripping wet eyelashes, “I’m definitely stupid that’s for sure. But I can blame it a little on hormones, can’t I? Give me a pass.”
“Okay.”
Oh how his mate obliges him.“You weren’t supposed to just agree, Rock.”
“Why? Human thing again?”
Grace snorts, “maybe. Or maybe just a me thing. I don’t like to blame my behavior on the chemicals inside of me. Even when they’re hyperactive.”
He can’t help but flex his shoulders as he feels the gnaw again. It’s very quiet but its existence reminds him that he is in fact switching designations right now and not hallucinating the feeling.
“I like to own what I say and do. It’s all I have.”“Have me.”
Another new experience for Grace and Rocky to have together.
