Summary
Police Lieutenant Bakugou Katsuki swore an oath never to let his feelings become involved in any case he took on; however, finds it hard to stand by his words when presented with a case by a green-haired man named Izuku Midoriya. Izuku, distraught between keeping silent to save himself from his stalker ex's anger, or potentially risk becoming a victim because he was too afraid to speak up, eventually decides not to let his fear play a role in his death. Katsuki quickly agrees to take the lead on the seemingly easy-to-close case, whilst trying to convince himself that he didn't accept so eagerly just to perhaps get to know the very attractive man just a little more. Between the case spiraling almost completely out of control and trying to keep his newly found feelings for the younger artist under wraps, Katsuki does everything to keep his and Izuku's sanity intact. On the other side of the same coin, Izuku lies to himself that his rapidly growing feelings for the blonde-haired officer were solely because of the older man's eagerness to keep him safe. However, he was never a really good liar, and Katsuki was a damn good man.
