In the country of Orphium, religion drove the people.
The gods, or Keepers, as they called them, made life as they knew it. They kept and cared for their domains.
Churches were built everywhere to show respect and make offerings. The Orphic Keeper Church was the heart of the web sewn through the country.
That’s where we start.
The heart of the country, the capital, the church stood gallantly. In front stood a newly 18 year old.
We know many tragedies that start out like this.
After all, nothing ever works out perfectly for naive children.

Davey's younger brother, Les, is a huge Spiderman fan. Davey, however, is not. He thinks Spiderman is irresponsible and reckless and probably causing more harm than good. This all changes when, one day, Davey and his little brother are saved from a pair of muggers by the red-spandex-wearing superhero himself. After that point, Davey becomes invested in finding out everything he can about our friendly neighborhood Spiderman. But amid looking after his little brother, engaging in superhero politics, and reading some very odd articles on the housing market, Davey has one question at the forefront of his mind:

David is forced to grapple with what exactly this love entails as he takes on the gargantuan task of hiding his affections from everyone he holds close. There's only so much a man can take before he snaps.

“Tired, huh?” Jack asked, motioning towards how Davey was resting his weight into him. “I feel ya, Dave. I think I could rest ten moons away and still feel tired.” Jack smiled a crooked, loopy grin at him.
It was decided, then. Why would Davey burden him with the knowledge of his injury? Jack would surely worry about him, tell him to go home. That would just mount more stress on his shoulders.
