Summary
Seven years ago Hermione Granger was recruited to a secret branch of the top-secret magical branch of MI-6 (also called the Bureau) known only as SD-6. Sworn to secrecy she told no one of her work. But after getting engaged she can't not tell her fiancé. Discovering that Hermione has told him the director of SD-6 has him killed. It's then that Hermione learns the truth: that SD-6 has never been apart of the Bureau but is actually one of the agencies she thought she was working to take down. With no way out except death, Hermione goes to the one place she can think of that might be able to help her take them down: the real Bureau. She agrees to become a double agent for them on one condition: that Harry Potter, the son of muggle-born activist and professor Lily Potter-Evans and war hero James Potter, is her handler.
MAJOR AU: in this world Peter Pettigrew was always a double-agent for the Order. When Voldemort went to Godric's Hallow on October 31, 1981 a trap had been laid for him by the Order. Credited with his defeat Lily and James Potter use their fame to push for magical reform. (Basically they help Britain step into the end of the 20th century with the rest of the WW.)

Summary
[[ON HOLD]] Harry Potter had never met a girl like Hollis Walsh before: brilliant, protective and totally addicted to caffeine. He never meant to meet her actually, even though the two of them had been in the same house at Hogwarts for almost four years they had both stayed in their respective social circles.
Hollis knows better than to hang around a boy who just attracted trouble. Harry knows better than to hang around the only person in school who was brave enough to act on her personal vendetta against the Slytherins.
It's only when Harry see's Hollis turn into a dragon, and Hollis catches him out in the Forbidden Forest nights before the First Task of the Triwizard Tournament that the two share more than a few words. From there it's only a matter of time before they begin to help (read: Harry blackmails her) each other and a friendship forms.

Hermione tries subtlety, Harry accidentally flirts back without realizing it, Ron suffers from severe secondary embarrassment and the universe finally has to intervene.
