Summary
The worst part of the whole thing was that Shane’s parents genuinely believed they were helping him.
They didn’t understand that Shane had everything under control. Everything had been fine until they started prying into his life. There had been the concerned looks, the gentle voices like he was a child, and the questions that sounded innocent until he realized they had been keeping score of every answer. Until he realized that he had been answering wrong.

Shane Hollander's parents send him to a mental health facility in attempts to help him with his eating disorder. Betrayed and upset, he expects this experience to be nothing but a waste of time. He never expected to actually care about the other residents, especially not four-time attendee of Centaur Haven, Ilya Rozanov. As Shane and Ilya grow closer, Shane must come to terms with the fact that love is not a magic cure, and recovery isn't easy.
