But even that couldn't be enough. The esoteric Celebi has, inexplicably, picked only one person out of all the dead to bring back to the world of the living. Not the beloved face of the region, Steven Stone. Not Winona, the brilliant ecologist, or the excellent negotiator that was Wallace. But the newcomer, the stern, antisocial Gym Leader of Petalburg City: Norman.
