Summary
Daemon returns to the Red Keep after the incident at the pleasure house, only to find Rhaenyra with Ser Criston Cole in her chambers. Cue jealous Daemon and angsty Rhaenyra. A wedding and (very explicit) bedding may be enough to mend things with his beloved niece, but he’ll need to enlist some of his less reputable allies to help conceal their misadventure in the brothel before it costs them everything.

What if we got more than one Daemyra reunion scene? What if we got King’s Landing‘s reaction to their secret union? What if we got more glimpses of their post-wedding life? What if the complex Daemyra dynamic had more room to breathe in the finale?
Here are some deleted & extended Daemyra scenes I would’ve wanted to see, centered upon the latter eps of the season (1x07 Driftmark, 1x08 Lord of the Tides, 1x10 The Black Queen), as well as chapters dedicated to the 6-year period between eps 7 & 8.

What would’ve happened if Daemon hadn’t changed his mind. Or, the version of episode 4 we all would’ve preferred.
This is going to be multiple chapters loosely following the plot of the show. Mostly smut.

For such an awaited celebration, weddings do not seem to end well in Westeros. Joffrey lives, yet the Targaryen-Velaryon betrothal remains a tragedy.
